Our products are made of high-quality materials. This ensures that they not only retain their color but are also extremely durable. Despite quality controls and tests, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your Clob jewelry pieces will never break or tarnish. If one of our products has such a defect, in addition to the legal warranty that the consumer is entitled to from the seller, we provide the following manufacturer's warranty under certain conditions.

The company CLOB GmbH, Webgassse 11 / 3-4, 1060 Vienna, grants the consumer a warranty for the products it manufactures under the following conditions and to the extent described below. The granted manufacturer's warranty applies irrespective of mandatory legal liability provisions, such as the Product Liability Act, in cases of intent and gross negligence, due to injury to life, body, or health by CLOB GmbH or its vicarious agents.

For the purposes of this manufacturer's warranty, a consumer is any natural person who owns the product and has not purchased it for private resale or to sell it to third parties as part of their commercial or independent professional activities.

Scope of Warranty

The warranty conditions apply exclusively within the European Union. The warranty applies to all products purchased from March 1, 2023 (purchase receipt). CLOB GmbH guarantees that the products we offer will not break within the first 6 months after purchase. In addition, we offer a lifetime warranty on the gilding of the products. If a piece of jewelry loses its color, regardless of when this occurs, we will replace the product for free. All claims related to product liability are subject to legal provisions. Under this warranty, defects that can be proven to result from a material error are remedied.

CLOB GmbH guarantees that if a product breaks within 6 months from the purchase date, the affected product will be replaced free of charge. In addition, we provide a lifetime color warranty and will replace the jewelry piece free of charge if it loses its color, regardless of when this occurs. In the case of defects identified upon receipt of the unworn product, our support should be contacted immediately so that we can arrange a replacement delivery.

Defects that arise only after wearing the product can be claimed via email with attached photos and videos. Products older than six months are generally excluded from the breakage warranty, but not from the tarnishing warranty. We provide this warranty by fixing defects free of charge, which arise within the warranty period due to a material error. These defects are remedied by replacing the product or possibly through a credit note.

Each product can only be claimed once per order and size.

Duplicate claim requests via email regarding the identical product of an order number cannot be processed, especially if no meaningful picture has been attached.

CLOB GmbH reserves the right to alternatively make a refund or partial refund of the purchase price. The services described here are in addition to legal warranties and do not replace or limit them. This warranty is a voluntary and non-legally binding service by CLOB GmbH, which can be denied at any time without giving reasons.

Exclusions from Warranty

Goodwill: In the case of gifts and goodwill services to the customer, there is no entitlement to a warranty service. A warranty necessarily presupposes a purchase. The customer must have provided a consideration for this.

Purchase from third-party providers: When purchasing Clob products from third-party providers, there is no claim to the warranty service.

Gifted products: If products are given to you as part of one of our promotions, these products are not eligible for a warranty service.

Products whose purchase date is more than 6 months ago are generally excluded from the breakage warranty.
